about
Age 14
This is the first solo song I wrote. It captures the essence of moving into a future that is unknown as you turn into an adult without having any control over it. The recording quality of this song (recorded on my iPod) brings you back to a memory, a time period of the past that then fades into feedback, waking back up to the present in a start with Blue.
lyrics
There’s a story called time about the end of being a girl
It’s kind of scary how fast the plot changes and she’s thrown into the world
She’s trying to grab onto the days before they go rushing by
But she barely has time to yawn and open up her eyes
